HOME SALES STEADY IN ONE BEAVERCREEK COMMUNITY
LOCAL BUILDER ANNOUNCES FINAL SECTION
– Just three years after opening Hickory Ridge, located off New Germany-Trebein Rd. in Beavercreek, local builder Gold Key Homes is announcing that the community of new homes is in its final section.
“Beavercreek is among the area’s fastest growing suburbs. One reason for this is because Beavercreek continues to be a draw for current and former Air Force and civilian employees of Wright Patterson Air Force Base,” said George R. Oberer, Jr., president and CEO of Gold Key Homes. “Beavercreek provides an attractive setting for residential neighborhoods and an excellent quality of life. Convenient highway access, an excellent school system and their proximity to some of the area’s best shopping, dining and entertainment venues all contribute to the city’s desirability among potential homebuyers. The fact that Hickory Ridge is now in it’s final section is proof of that demand.”
Overall, the Hickory Ridge community consists of 107 home sites and nearly 6 acres of open area. Community amenities include sidewalks, a tot lot and a park area. The community features The Olde Towne Series Homes from Gold Key Homes, which include ranch, two-story and first floor owner’s suite plans ranging from 1,320 to 2,287 square feet. Starting in the $150’s, these homes combine neoclassic-style architecture with the modern conveniences and design features requested by today’s homebuyers.
The Hickory Ridge model home is open to visitors from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday or by appointment.
To visit Hickory Ridge, take I-675 or US 35 to North Fairfield Rd to east on New Germany-Trebein Rd. Hickory Ridge is located approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
Home sales are underway in this third and final section at Hickory Ridge. Those interested in more information about building in Hickory Ridge can call Sherrie Robinson, sales representative for Gold Key Homes, at (937) 426-6485.
