GOLD KEY HOMES ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING OF WASHINGTON TRACE

When Gold Key Homes began developing plans for the Washington Trace community they knew the Washington Township location, located at Sheehan Road and Social Row Road, would be in demand. However, the local homebuilder wanted to create more than a popular location, they wanted to create a destination of choice.

Now, Gold Key Homes is pleased to announce their grand opening of Washington Trace’s newest sections that feature the local builder’s American Dream and Gold Key Series of homes.

In addition to touring the two decorated model homes, cisitors will also have the opportunity to tour the community clubhouse, which offers a community room, exercise room, locker rooms and a full kitchen. Plus two outdoor 1800 square foot pools connected by a waterfall featuring tanning areas and a snack bar.

The spectacular clubhouse is just the first in an array of amenities that Washington Trace residents can enjoy. Residents will be welcomed by landscaped entryways and defining monuments. They will be able to take advantage of neighborhood parks, open green space and walking trails. There is even a future daycare center and church planned for the community. Washington Trace is a neighborhood that encourages interaction among residents and provides amenities that suit just about any interest.
